Brett M. Frischmann (USA) is a Professor of Law and the Director of the Intellectual Property and Information Law Program at the Cardozo Law School. His research focuses on various different types of commons, including cultural commons and infrastructure commons. He is the author of Infrastructure: The Social Value of Shared Resources (2012).
